Question Coding between msi z370 krait Gaming and gigabyte z370 hd30

I have finalized i5 8600k, 8 gb hyperx fury ram and 550w psu.
But confused between msi z370 krait Gaming Motherboard and gigabyte z370 hd3p motherboard.
what's the difference between them and which one is better?

Same chipset so basically mostly same features. It would be brand preference to choose between them.

What cpu cooler should i go with? I have a budget of around 3000 INR

At minimum 120mm decent air cooler. Cryorg H7 as an example but Cooler Master may be more available in India.

Cooler master hyper 212 LED cpu cooler.
Which one is better?
