i need advice on setting up a wireless network at home as i dont have any idea all i do know is that i have a laptop and a desktop and the laptop has built in wireless and i want to wire the desktop to the router i get

get a dlink 855 xtreme router.put in the cd that it comes with,follow the instructions.make sure you setup your wireless protection.search for the network name you setup on the router installation and connect
