[SOLVED] Cohabbing M2's

My MB is a ASRock Master sli/ac,w/2 M2 slots. C drive changed from MX500 sata to 970 EVO NVMe M2. My question is can I now use the MX500 in M2 slot#2 without any bad effects or performance issues.
