Also my screen is flickering I rolled back my driver but my screen still flickers also the old driver got high temps when I was on Fortnite minimized it and use chrome or something. Also the old driver under load aka Fortnite minimized with 5 tabs open put it at 55c and the coil was whining plz help should I worry about it contact manufacturer!

Solution
As far as temperatures go, those kinds of temperatures should be perfectly normal for a graphics card. Modern cards can generally handle higher temperatures than that, at least into the 70s.

In fact, the 40-45c you claim to have been getting before seems quite low. Perhaps you were limiting your frame rate, either with v-sync or some other setting in the game or driver options? Coil whine tends to become more noticeable at very high frame rates, as they put more load on the graphics card. You might see if the framerate-cap options in Fortnite help at all.
