[SOLVED] Coil whine during Witcher 3 menu? is it bad?

Hello,

So i realized something with my GPU, during Witcher 3's menu, a squeaking or high pitched sound would occur (coil whining i guess), that happened too when i exit either Heaven or Valley benchmarks.

The sound isn't loud at all and i can't hear it at all when i wear my headphones.I read about it but i'm not sure if it's bad or not.

coil whine can be annoying but most often it does not mean there is something wrong with the hardware itself. it is simply how some electronic component works but since it can be annoying some manufacturer did take extra measure to minimize this problem. in fact some manufacturer did not consider coil whine as a hardware defect at all although some GPU vendor still replace the card over the issue. you can RMA if you want to (if vendor can accept it) or try several method that people usually do to "remedy" the coil whine issue.
