Question Coil whine from gpu

I just swap from rysen 3600x to rysen 5800x and my gpu start coil whine.
The coil whine strat when i open Lost Ark and goes away more i reduce my gpu power limit to 60% whit msi afterburner
I've try to put my cpu in eco mode and its not changing anything.

I never add this problem whit my 3600x. Any way to fix this?

Mobo: Msi tomahawk max b450
GPU: Zotac 2070 super
PSU: Corsair 750w bronze

I don't think CPU has anything to do with GPU coil whine.
