Coil Whine from PSU

So I have Delta Electronic GPS 450-100aa
It makes sound like in above video but its not that much load , Even under load or idle it says same , even when computer is off but psu is power it makes sound.

So the sound is like in the video but its low sound which stays for 1.5 second and comes back after 1.5 second.
I have to put my ear next to power supply to hear it.
Is it to worry?

Well its not audible , and not irritating , u have to focus to listen to it. even in a silent room with everything silent.
I just wanted to know if its dangerous.

Specs has noting to do with it as even computer is off but power supply is getting power small sound like electric current is heard but there you go.

Core i5 2400 stock upto 3.4Ghz
2sticks ddr3 ram
Dell SFF Motherboard.
Inno3d GTX 750 ti Oced
WD hdd 7200rpm

3 usbs connected including mouse keyboard and wlan usb

Help please . It also remains after I disconect 24pin connector. Could I possibly because I took my PC to friends house . Maybe I mishandled it because I noticed this sound after that day
