Question Coil whine in idle

Hello guys, i own a rtx 2070 ventus gp and we dont have to talk about that it has coil whine when its under pressure its normal behavior but mine have coil whine in idle too.
Its not coil whine like under pressure its little buzzing, i mean series of buzzing and quick pulses. Is that normal?(Ive already check other forums and no its not psu whining)
Temps are fine (68C in full load)

I was literally just going to post a similar thread. Evga RTX 2070 S.

My situation is weird. When I alt-tab out of a game I get an audible coil whine when I alt tab back into the game, it goes away. If I set the game to windowed or borderless I don't get the whine at all, alt-tabbing or otherwise. In my case I just started running a dual monitor set up and never noticed it till now. I don't however, get a whine when my system is just idle. Its only when im running a game and alt tab out of it.

Yes i know about that, btw when u turn on vsync or lock fps ingame it should help. Like i didnt even noticed my problem till i was changing fans in case so
