I think this is called "coil whine", on most games there's a very little (not so loud) noise coming from my PC case, not sure which hardware doing this however I think its my PSU since its the oldest hardware in my Computer, its not very loud so I'm kinda okay with this, my question is: my frame rate is 60 or 75 (in games) is this okay? Because I'm told extremely high fps can cause overheat and other problems. I even noticed this myself, I opened Tom Clancy Wildlands and fps magically jumped into 750+ or more I cannot even remember since I panicked and closed the game instantly by doing control alt del. So, my bandicam and Steam fps indicators says 75 max, is this okay for my hardware?

thanks

You wrote "Because I'm told extremely high fps can cause overheat and other problems." Overclocking can cause issues like that, but high FPS can't. If that was true, then the fastest GPUs would have serious overheating issues.
