Cold Boot Problem?

So i built my first pc but when i try to boot it up after like 12 hours (the time from when i go to bed and wake up)all of the fans turn on and everything works but i dont get to POST screen it just stays black and i also get a beep code but when i hard reset it while its in this state it turns on successsfully?Do any of you have a fix for this?Thanks in advance!

if your pc is a newer one with amd or intel cpu that has built in gpu then go into the bios and under primany display if it set to auto then the mb at cold boot is booting from onboard video port first. change it to peg/pci and see if that fixes your issues.

It iss indeed a new pc but i have the amdd fx 8350 which does not have integrated graphics BUT i reseated the Video Card which is an xfx r9 280x by the way (just for info) and it still hasnt had any problems really but im still gonna keep an eye on it in the next few days.
Oh and it already is peg/pci.

Well on the third day it happend again except this time on the second try it happened again and on the third came up windows automatic repair.Im really at a loss of ideas here I dont know what to do.Any help is greatly appreciated.

try another power supply make sure the power good line is working. try another gpu make sure it turning on in another pc.
