Cold not open regestry

while installing anu 7 in the windows 7 o s error message that is "could not open regestry..." plz help me.

operating system is windows 7 ultimate 32 bit and the version is 6.1,build 7600

Check to see that you have admin privileges. Also you may have to lower your security settings to permit the program reg. mod. ability.
