College Build Trying to be Semi Budget Friendly but have the PC Preform in the College Enviroment

Here is the System that is being built as of right now.
Asus Crosshair V formula Z mobo(already own)
Fx 8350 or 6350
Asus 280x(already own)
Cooler Master Cosmos SE
1 stick of 8GB Gskill x series RAM(already own)
Corsair CX750 PSU(already own)
2 500GB hard drives(already own)
120/128GB SSD for boot windows 8 only
I have 4 case fans currently


So the questions

Cooling what is the best option especially with being in college and having to transport the computer 5 hours every few months. I may overclock in the future.

6350vs8350 and why. I want to play bf4 and metro on high if not ultra settings

do i need 2 sticks or RAM i have run this one stick in my current system, but some people say that one stick causes problems.

I have a friend who had his all in one leak all over his computer on his compute to school. Is a heatsink enough? Is a custom loop that you can drain before moving it a smarter option than a all in one? He had a H100i which from my understanding is one of the higher end all in ones, and corsair is fighting him, and he has been trying to get any money from them for the past 6 months and has been unsuccessful. I CANT have that happen to me so I need to minimize the risk.

my budget is already so cost for performance parts are the only thing I am interested in.

Go for the fx-8320 and an air cooler, the fx 8350 is just a 8320 with a factory overclock and it is really easy to hit that. Something like this:

FYI, I don't like the Corsair CX power supplies, they use cheap chinese capacitors and there are quite a few better quality options compared to the 750w CX (like the XFX 750w)

I plan on upgrading the psu asap I want to go with a modular cooler master 750 or 800 watt.

I am new to overclocking, but the noctua cpu cooler anyway to get a red and black version of that? I am ocd about having same brand components and same color stuff?

Also If I were to overclock the gpu would it need liquid cooling, or could I get by with the stock cooler on that gpu for a mild overclock? I am trying to hit metro on ultra?

For the GPU, go for a 2 or 3 fan version of the 280x and you should be able to OC it a bit.

For the cooler, the noctua fans are pretty much all brown, its kinda their thing. There are plenty of other good options, this is the website I usually use to keep up on CPU coolers: http://www.frostytech.com/

I usually stick to Seasonic, XFX, Antec HCG series, Corsair AX/HX/TX series, or EVGA G2 series PSUs

that is the 280x I bought on ebay for 177. Comes with 2 n a half years of warranty still

and I know noctua's thing is brown fans are they just like 120mm that I could just change the fans? I have heard their heat sinks are incredible.
