Color calibration between smartphone and monitor

Hi, so I've got a digital painting created on my Samsung galaxy note 2 with Sketchbook pro. I've imported it on my monitor and the color is way off. The color from the note 2 is way richer. I've search about this "color calibration" but I cant find a tutorial or an article that calibrates the color from a phone to your monitor screen. I've already done tweaking the settings on my computer screen (which is a laptop - Lenovo) but to no success.

I wish I can calibrate both screen so I will not be mistaken with the colors im using when painting on my smartphone and later on importing it on a screen. I'm wondering if this is the same case with a wacom cintiq and other graphics tablet. Thanks in advance.

The Galaxy Note has an OLED...
You didn't list what model of monitor you have, but chances are that it's simply not as capable at rendering as wide a range of colors and contrast levels as your Galaxy Note's AMOLED screen. In order to make the two screens come closer to matching, you would likely need to limit the dynamic range of the screen on your smartphone, making it look worse. It's possible that your art program on the Note might offer some form of color space adjustment, but I'm not sure whether Sketchbook Pro provides such an option.

The Galaxy Note has an OLED screen, no desktop monitor is going to be capable of reproducing nearly as much color. The only way to get them to match would be to make the phone screen worse so that it's the same as the monitor. You're not going to be able to do it the other way around.
