Color cartridge No.43 dried out

I own Lexmark X9350 All-in-One printer. I switched it off for almost a year. Recently, I switched it on, but found that mu two cartridges are almost empty. So I sent them for re-fill. The black cartridge was ok re-filled. But the color one could not be refilled. I was told that it dried out. The shp owner doesn't know how to un-dry it. Any help how to solve this problem? Tnanks!

Printer manufacturers work very hard to make it difficult to impossible to refill their cartridges, or to use third-party cartridges. Some have chips that verify that they are from the original manufacturer and that they have never been refilled.
You probably have to buy a new set of Lexmark ink cartridges.
