I have a LG 2363D and had an issue with the colors being off, especially the white being a bit yellowish, this was immediately apperant once i got a second monitor. Today, I was cleaning up my desk and decided to test if my monitor is cable of pushing 120hz via HDMI and once I connected the HDMI cable I immediatly noticed a big difference in color, now it actually looks better.
The 120hz option wasn't available via windows settings so i forced it via nvidia control panel and to my surprise it works but the colors are the same as when they were in dvi. I went back to 60 hz and then to 120 and there is a noticable difference between the 2 in color. Any specific reason for this? and any idea on how to fix this?
TL;DR: Monitor @ 120Hz has yellowish white and overall worse color, Monitor @ 60Hz doesn't have that problem. Reasons? Fix?
