Hello,

My Rig
GPU: Sli 980ti OC`d
CPU- i7 3960x oc( 4.7ghz)
Motherboard- asus rampage iv latest bios
RAM- 4x8gb 2400mhz ram corsair platinum
PSU- Evga Supernova 1500
Cooling- custom cooling for cpu
Monitor- Asus rog swift gsync 144hz

i have color issue, at these days am gaming on my 4k tv XBR65X900A this tv when i run res at 1080 i can choose color rgb or 4:2:0 to 4:4:4

but when i choose 3840x2160p 60hz i can only see 4:2:0 i contacted Sony and they said that is the native color for this tv

my question is there anyway i can upscale the color or color calibration to make the difference for pc gaming as am planing to game on it all the time for now,

another question when i choose any resolution above 1080p i can only see 30hz as the max only 3840x2160p is up to 60hz and 4096 x 2160 is up to 60hz also is that normal or can be fixed ?

Thanks,

Solution
that answer from evga seems right

''Your TV will only be able to handle 60Hz at 1920x1080, 3840x2160 and 4096x2160, that is perfectly normal for most TVs. In order to get 4K at full 4:4:4 you would need a DisplayPort monitor as that is beyond what most TVs can receive over HDMI due to limitations with the bandwidth of HDMI 2.0.''

each type of cable only supports so much

like it shows if you were using a hdmi 1.4 cable ''or 3840×2160 (Ultra HD) at 24 Hz/25 Hz/30 Hz; ''' just as you stated above getting only 30hz ??

in the display port link ''3840 × 2160 24 bpp 60 Hz ''

so your cable may not carry the load

have you looked at stuff like this ?

http://forums.evga.com/LG-55UB8500-not-doing-444-on-GTX-980-GPU-m2415232.aspx

looks like one of those things ???

''I tried a few but this 20' works for me since October. Connects a PC to my 4K TV 3840x2160, 60Hz, 444. ''

everywhere you look at this seems to revolve around cable
