Color issue on tv

Hello,

My Rig
GPU: Sli 980ti OC`d
CPU- i7 3960x oc( 4.7ghz)
Motherboard- asus rampage iv latest bios
RAM- 4x8gb 2400mhz ram corsair platinum
PSU- Evga Supernova 1500
Cooling- custom cooling for cpu
Monitor- Asus rog swift gsync 144hz

i have color issue, at these days am gaming on my 4k tv XBR65X900A this tv when i run res at 1080 i can choose color rgb or 4:2:0 to 4:4:4

but when i choose 3840x2160p 60hz i can only see 4:2:0 i contacted Sony and they said that is the native color for this tv

my question is there anyway i can upscale the color or color calibration to make the difference for pc gaming as am planing to game on it all the time for now,

another question when i choose any resolution above 1080p i can only see 30hz as the max only 3840x2160p is up to 60hz and 4096 x 2160 is up to 60hz also is that normal or can be fixed ?

each type of cable only supports so much

that's where I would start get a cable and interfae that supports it all as of today [display port]

like it shows if you were using a hdmi 1.4 cable ''or 3840×2160 (Ultra HD) at 24 Hz/25 Hz/30 Hz; ''' just as you stated above getting only 30hz ??

so your cable may not carry the load

no am doing 4k at 60hz not that the issue but color on 4:2:0 max i wanted to game on 4k on 4:4:4 but seems tv cant do that now, thanks

everywhere you look at this seems to revolve around cable

You need to update the firmware

You then need to go to (on the actual tv sony) Settings - External Inputs- Select the correct HDMI - then select Enhanced mode.

That should fix it.
