Color Scratch on display while turning on the pc.

When i turn on my pc and windows began to load... a sudden color scratch shows up for a few seconds... Then the monitor shows a black screen and show 'No Signal'.... So I rebooted it again and became normal. Then i started a game to play.During the loading time.. It again showed up and finally monitor shows black and ' No signal" is showed up. Anybody help me please!

videocard or onboard video? if videocard, does your motherboard have onboard video?
