Question Colored points on the screen with my NVIDIA 940MX

I have an Acer Aspire A515-51 (model n17c4) and I haven't used it for a few months.



I formatted the computer, updated the drivers and when I went to open a game I noticed that colored dots appeared on the screen until the game crashed.



These points appear in any video used by the OFFBOARD.



The ONBOARD video card (Intel Graphs 620) works perfectly.



I've tried to reinstall the drivers and format the pc, but it didn't work.



Does anyone have any idea what it might be and how to solve it?

then it look like hardware issue. could replace the mxm gpu
