Question Colored screen crashes after new graphics card

Roughly a year ago, I purchased a new GTX 1650 GPU for my PC. Since then, I've had crashes that involve my screen turning a color (I've had it be yellow, black, blue, and white before). The audio still works, but my microphone stops working. Here's everything I know:

  1. Doesn't occur on any monitors connected to my motherboard (using internal GPU)
  2. Might not be the graphics card, as I had it replaced and the issue persisted
  3. I've purchased both a new PSU and CPU cooler, both had no effect
  4. I've attempted downloading NVIDIA drivers and using the drivers that came with the GPU, no effect
  5. I've tried updating BIOS, no effect
  6. I have 2 case fans so overheating is unlikely
  7. Issue doesn't appear to happen when playing VR (I've tried No Man's Sky VR via Remote Desktop with my Oculus Quest, it was fine, but when I tried playing it out of VR, issue occured)
  8. Aforementioned VR quirk may be due to lack of testing and seemingly random occurrence of this issue

Current Specs:
Intel i5-7400 CPU
Asus H110M-C Motherboard
NVIDIA GT 1030 GPU
Corsair CX650M PSU
8 GB RAM (forgot the brand/type, sorry)
1TB Hard Drive (I think it's Seagate)

Any and all help would be appreciated as this is preventing me from playing games like Squads and Deceit with my mates. Thanks in advance!
