Colored Squares on Screen

I keep getting this on my screen.

I've had this problem for a while now, I had it a couple months ago, reinstalled Windows but it's back now.. Do I need a new GPU? It's very possible that mine is damaged.

It looks like either the drivers for the GPU or a hardware issue with the GPU.

This only happens on Chrome so far, also it flickers when I rightclick showing the small options list for the desktop, I opened IE10 and it runs fine, no issues. I'm getting tired of Chrome at this point.. Firefox maybe.
