I want to buy an RTX 2060. Will it be worth it and will it go with my setup?
(ASUS TUF Gaming B460M-PRO, Core I5 10400, 16GB RAM.)

Assuming the PSU is good enough and sufficient room in the case then you can add any modern gpu.

If it is worth it depends what you are trying to achieve and how much you are paying. The 2060 is still good for modern AAA games at 1080p 60fps if willing to run medium settings (some games higher and some games lower) and don’t use Ray tracing.
