yeah no. i dont see a single product in major stores like newegg or ncix stocking colorful products

Incorrect, Powercolor(US) and Club 3D(Europe)(notice how these 2 are the ones who had non official 7990's besides HIS) are related because both get their gpus from TUL(Taiwan). According to TatorTot on OCN, Colorful is owned by Seethru Corp

Already seen liquid cooled Titan's @ PAX East. The EVGA booth had 3 of them playing Crysis 3. It was maxed out in 3D with MSAA turned up to 8X!!! Without MSAA @ 8 it played 60 flawlessly, with MSAA it dropped to around 40. But... there were 3 monitors playing in 3D surround!
