Colors seem separated on new laptop

I recently got a new Lenovo " (light) gaming" laptop (It's got an R7 M260 gfx and an FX-7500 APU which run in dual graphics mode.
Now, colors look separated (?) like this

Letters also look a bit blurred on programs like Skype
I must mention that this laptop has got a 15.3 (I think) inch screen, yet it's got a resolution of 1920 x 1080 res

Please open the image on a new window and zoom in on the middle "workshop" bar. BTW, this happens in other programs too!

This might just be how your monitor looks. The RED GREEN and BLUE led`s might be placed far apart.

Well we can`t really see it on decent monitors. Could you take a picture of the screen with a camera?
