colour difference in screen and printed paper

i have an epson L110. the printed colour is different with what is seen in the computer screen. how to fix it? please help!

If they are totally different, red vs purple, you may have a problem with your printer or driver. If they are close, purple vs different purple, then you would have to do a color calibration of your printer and monitor. This is what professional photographers do to ensure their prints are the same as the screen.
