[SOLVED] Colour of PCIe slots --- link speed?

So my motherboard has 3 PCIe x16 slots:
Blue
White
Black

The blue slot won't work so my question is, is the white slot the same link speed as the blue one ?

White is the same as Blue
According to manual for motherboard you have 2 xPCIe 3.0 x 16 slots, and they run SLI, so that would mean Blue & White are 16 (x16 with 1 card, 2 x 8 with 2)
the black is a PCIe 2.0 x16 (4 channels)
