I'm trying to patch 3.0 to 3.1 but the patch needs to see readme.rtf and
somehow it doesn't like mine and aborts the install. It looks ok to me,
but all the patches I've downloaded don't work. I'm hoping someone can
just email me a copy of the readme.rtf from cfs3.
