[SOLVED] Combining CPU & GPU

Solution
If the core2quad and 710 is all you can afford, go for it.

I really wouldn't spend any money on an lga775 system with a core2 processor. They arent very powerfull, they are too old to support modern instructions to run new games, they have no upgrade path, but cheap at least.

If you buy something like an i3 2100 prebuilt you can upgrade to an i7 3770k which is still a powerfull cpu.

I'm in very low budget so I'm asking if it will work fine ,and play some games like cs 1.6 ,csgo, dota 2 etc.
I know that they are very crappy by today standards.

OK thanks I will go for E5500.Its good bcz its an LGA775 I would later buy an GTX GPU and get Core2Quad.
Will the E5500&GT 710 struggle on Youtube,Chrome and on these games?

@crossfire32 - Whats your location? There may be places you can buy new(er) "used" hardware from. If at all possible, we would strongly suggest you to wait a little and try to save up a little more money. I know you said you have a very small budget, but to truly get better performance, I'd like to get you out of the C2Q era of hardware. It was great for the time, I used my E6400 for years, but...

I live in Macedonia (Fyrom) small country in balkans.

Have you tried looking for used computer parts on the below links? From what I read, these are similar to "Craigslist" like I have here in the US (and other locations) where you can privately buy & sell items. You might be able to find a complete i3 or i5 system for very cheap, which would give you better performance. I took a quick look online and also found a few places in Skopje you may want to try (if you haven't already) DEKA Electronics & VEGAS Computers.
