Combining video cards / choosing a video card..

Recently i built a system to use for playing blu-ray discs/backups. I got this motherboard with built in ATI graphics - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128394 -, but it does not work very well when outputting to my 52" HDTV so I borrowed this nvidia from a friend - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133245 - , and from what I know i don't think i can combine them right? And if not which do you think would work better?

That card would run in that board OK, just remember to uninstall any ATi display drivers and switch off the onboard VGA via the BIOS prior to fitting it.
