Combining Wireless and Wired

Hey guys, so recently I grabbed a wired ethernet cable to replace my wireless so I could get much improved pings on games like Dota 2. Anyway i'm wondering whether you can combine both wired and wireless to get better speeds because i'm currently getting speeds of around 4-6 mbps of speed.

I have gone into my network connections on Control Panel and into change adapter settings and I cannot create a bridged connection however that does not work unfortunately. Please help.

You do realize if you could do that you'd just be getting bandwidth from the same line right? Your speeds would not improve whatsoever.

Ah, thanks for the answer. I was really confused on my speeds because I would plug both the ethernet and the wireless separately and the ethernet would win on speed however plugging both of them in I got astounding speeds. So anyway thank you for clearing that up for me!
