For the past 2 months I have had very common disconnects. They usually happen around 9-12 PM and last around 10 minutes each time they happen. This trend seems to pop up every few months and I usually have a handful of technicians come to my home just to tell me they cant find anything wrong. I have not had the idea of doing any traceroutes during these downtimes just yet, but I have been a bit busy recently during the time that these happen. I bought a new router and still have the same issue. I have covered the basics including turning both devices off for 15 minutes every time it happens, performing a factory reset on the device, and of coarse buying a new router.
