Comcast Router Slow After Factory Reset

Hey all, I had to factory reset my router a few weeks ago since I forgot the login to it, and after that the router has been slow. I'm getting around 4 download and 10 upload on the best DNS server I could find using DNS tool, but compared to before it's slow (the download mostly). Any suggestions? I have router smcd3gnv.

Check your actual Upload/Download speed you are paying for from Comcast.
