come back next day and BOOOM huge lag

One day i was playing cs 1.6 and league, normal stuff. I turn off the pc get some sleep, come back next day and boom lag. My specs are Intel atom 1.67 ghz and 1GB ram. Need help!


Ps i never lagged on cs 1.6 on this pc before that day .

um firstly are you running windows or Mac or Linux?
Your computer is strong enough to run the windows version but not the Linux version ... weird in my mind but whatever.
You also have how was your internet connection at that time? how was the ping rate to the server? etc. as it might just be lag between you and the server not system based lag.
