Come with latest bios

Hello again. All I really need to know to get this off my brain to stop worrying is that does my motherboard have the latest bios version so it can support my
i7 7700k?
Look on the MSI website
Name: MSI b150a gaming pro
BIOS update version to support it: 1.C
I wrote on another forum about the BIOS serial number being on the box.
My box has the numbers 7978 in the middle of the barcode and it has other numbers. That is the same number as the latest BIOS version. The 1.C version supports next generation intel CPU whuch is i7 and it was released in 2016 July 27. I bought the board at the end of January last year in 2017. I really hope ut comes with the latest BIOS or else i am screwed

Well I just built it 3 nights ago and there's no image on monitor. I thought it was the ram because the LED red light was on meaning that it doessnt recognize it or there's something wrong with it.

Most likely the BIOS is not updated to support 7th Gen , many still aren't.

So basically I'm screwed? I mean I read a comment on Amazon with the exact same board and he installed an i7 6700k and it worked.

6700K is compatible out of the box. 7700K isn't , needs to have an updated BIOS to run.

You'll need to either borrow a supported CPU from a friend to boot up and update, or take the board into a repair shop and have them update for you.
