Command prompt appears when I start my computer and doesn't boot into windows 8.1

So when I started my computer up it all of a sudden showed the windows 8 logo and the loading sign, while I wait to see what would happen it went through some things and said attempting to repair, then after about 30 minutes of that screen it went to a command prompt flashing fast and stuck there. What do I do?.

I did however install a hard drive from another computer that had other drivers on it, (ones from a AMD APU laptop) but as I was starting the computer to clone the hard drive to a hard drive dedicated to that machine this happened .

What can I do to start it just 1 more time!?

(everything is running fine and all fans turn on, graphics card fans work, the hard drive even hums and vibrates.)

You'll probably need to boot from a Repair or Installation disk and use Troubleshooting/Advanced Options to either Refresh your PC or Reset.
