Command Prompt Flashes/Reappears & Disappears

as I go about using my PC the command Prompt suddenly 'flashes' unto my screen and is gone before i could get a clear look at it. I have done a clean boot and it disappears, but i have no idea where to go from here.. I've ran all of my anti-virus/malware programs and cleaned house but it's still there.

P.S. i had ran a scan using cmd and as it was going along the prompt flashed over it. it looks like the cmd but i don't know if you can run multiple prompts at once.

Does it happen once per boot up or does it happen multiple times in one session?

There most certainly can be multiple command prompts open at one time.


My guess is it's something benign. I know that CCC (Catalyst Control Center for AMD Hardware) can cause console windows to pop up and disappear immediately.
If you're very concerned, I would recommend doing a thorough boot time scan in order to put your mind at ease/

It happens constantly while the PC's running..if I'm doing something like playing BF4 or typing it interrupts my inputs or for bf4 blacks my screen.

And what exactly is a boot time scan?
