command prompt keeps opening and closing for a split second

i downloaded this file a while ago, and ever since then, this keep popping up. I have tried searching it up and i found it in my system and deleted it, but it still comes back, it pops up pretty recently and i want to know how to fix it. help would be greatly appreciated, here is a screenshot of what pops up. https://gyazo.com/69a98f3e249785a48ab6a1509bfaea87

Try deleting the actual file that you installed. Also, restart you computer after deleting it to see if it went away.

What kind of file was it? Exe, word, excel...?

Any version of Windows up to and including 7, call up a Run box and in it, type
msconfig
and press Enter. In Windows 10, right click on the Taskbar and choose Task Manager then click on the StartUp tab.

Whichever you use, you should see what starts when Windows does. Look through the list and see what you can manage without because each one slows boottime down but specifically, look for a Command call and tick to remove it.
