command prompt key on samsung n150

im trying to get the command prompt up on a samsung n150 netbook but dont know how

Just press (Should be close to Alt and Ctrl)Windows Key+R on your keyboard,and Run window will come up.Now type cmd and press enter.

trid that doesnt work. im stuck on pass wordscreen at min iv tried system restore and factory restore to get rid of the screen. any idea what the factory restore button is on keyboard

Well,you were saying the cmd doesn't come up? Well,does it show any error message? And...What do you mean you're stuck on password screen? I don't get that. So you're not logged into Windows?
And about the button,I guess that's for restoring default factory settings.
