Command Prompt Opens/Closes every ~30mins - Picture Included

Every 20-30 minutes the command prompt opens, displays text, then closes; occurs within half a second. It becomes very annoying as it closes whatever full screen activity I may be doing at the time.
I managed to capture what it says using my recording software:

If I had to guess, it's a program searching for a driver? I uninstalled the SlimDrivers program which I used to use, but no effect.
Windows 10 desktop-- i5 3570k, GTX 970, I use NVIDIA Geforce Experience to update video driver

Could anyone tell me what it is / possible solution?

Sounds like you put in crapware and it installed malware.

For now run malwarebytes and check your startup registry/task manager. If you find malware, it's best to reformat your computer unless you're sure that is all that was added

Malwarebytes had no effect; if I see more evidence, I'll reformat. Thanks.
