Command Prompt pop's up and minimizes tabs

So I just built a PC and got installed a non original copy of Windows 10. I built it mainly for gaming but the CMD keeps popping up and minimizing my tabs, it's only once every 1 hour but it's really annoying in games where it matters to not lose 5 seconds. It only blinks for a split second but I managed to read: "updater2" and ".xml". Help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Update: Manage to read "especifications" too.

Sorry, we should not, can not and will not help with piracy issues, reinstall win10 from a proper source.
