I've been hit by a couple of viruses lately (coin miners). After I removed them, I've noticed that *.bat files don't work and it is impossible to open command promt. Every time I try to access it, it instantly closes and starts explorer.exe. Malwarebytes did find something in registries related to the issue, but after it fixed it, nothing has changed. Any help would be apreciated! Here is the video of the issue described recently:

Search for CMD, right click and choose "Open path". This should open Windows Explorer in a folder where there's a shortcut for Command prompt. Right click the shortcut and choose Properties.
The target for the shortcut should be %windir%\system32\cmd.exe , and the start path should be %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH% .

Thank you for your reply. I've already checked the shortcut, seemed obvious, but there was nothing out of order. Here's a screencap of my CMD shortcut properties:

Thank you for your reply, I've tried following instructions for every virus that was detected by malwarebytes, but none of the steps fixed the problem.
