[SOLVED] command prompt

Just after the windows 10 login screen, it takes me to a black page with command prompt. With ctrl+alt+del I'm abel to start explorer.exe but how should I solve this permanently?

Look in Task Manager and then at the Startup tab.

Likely some app or utility is being started tha,t in turn, is configured to open the Command prompt window.

Check Task Scheduler as well.
