I want to know if anything may be bottlenecking or not doing their part in my system or if this is a balanced build

What is the exact motherboard model you are looking at? Most likely, you will have trouble running 3200mhz sticks with the 9400f. You'd be better off shooting for either 2666mhz, or getting an unlocked CPU and Z series motherboard.
