I would appreciate your help with my current build (that's pretty much my budget). Would you change anything?
I need it for photo editing and gaming (mainly total war series).

to add context to what you/we have to work with, your budget, your location and preferred site for purchase, not to mention the apps you'd like to tax your proposed system build with.

If not, then I'd change that case, to have something with a more front end being open. I would also opt for a smaller motherboard/case since I prefer smaller footprint builds.
