Comments on my possible new build

So I'm planning on building a new system and was hoping to get some feedback on the parts I'm possibly choosing. I have a max budget of $2000 and this build comes to approx. $1530 with shipping and before tax.

CPU:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600

Motherboard:
ABIT IP35 Pro LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Video Card:
Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTX

RAM:
Patriot Extreme 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 800 (5-5-5-12)

Hard Drive:
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM HD

Case:
Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATC Mid Tower

Power Supply:
OCZ GameXStream OCZ700GXSSLI ATX12V 700W

looks solid , that is a good RAM, but if u can Get a RAM with 4-4-4-12 or 4-4-4-15 they are better for OC'ng

I was looking for 4-4-4-12 RAM but it doesn't seem like there are very many that are 4-4-4-x on the 2GB sticks. Almost everything I saw is 5-5-5-x. Do you have any particular suggestion?

OCZ has a lot of 4-4-4x RAMs, like OCZ REAPER .....
