500watt PS
MSI K9A Platinum Socket AM2 ATI CrossFire Radeon Xpress 3200
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ Brisbane 2.1GHz Socket AM2
Zalman CNPS9500AM2 For Socket AM2/754/939/940 CPU Fan

G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

Promise SATA300 TX2PLUS 2+1 SATA/PATA PCI Adapter

I bought 2 video cards
SAPPHIRE 100164L Radeon X1650PRO 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 CrossFire

I don't play games, but a lot of graphics and video - dunno if 2 cards will help

I have never overclocked before, any chance to try it with this system?

You should have bought on better card rather than those two. Even one X1950~ variant would perform better than the two of those working together.
