Gaming PC randomly shutdown today. Works fine unless the graphics card is plugged in. I can have it IN the PCI slot and not powered, and the computer runs fine. Onboard graphics work. Have tried both PCI slots on the motherboard and it doesn't seem to make a difference.

TL;DR if the GPU is powered by 6/8 pin connectors, the system will not boot. Power flickers, fans start for half a second, then shut down.

Any ideas? Help :(

Have already troubleshot by getting a new powersupply and ensuring it does not affect the system. Current build was on a 630w PSU and running fine, upgraded to 750w PSU and still same issues.

Any ideas? I'm under the impression either bad GPU or something, I really have never experienced an issue with something like this before.
