Comp forces Hard Reset

Ryzen 2700x. Asus Hero II. G-skill 16gb mem. Asus 1080 ti. Thermaltake 1000 watt. PSU. 960 evo and corsair 250gb ssd. I had trouble trying to install windows 10 to both HD. Windows would loop at region select for keyboard. Finally was able to get windows up and running on the evo. ran Samsung's ssd tools and corsairs, no errors.swaped memmory out for 2 new sticks.
Ran prime for 30 minutes, Ran furmark for 30 minutes, temps and volts are as they should be. Get into a game and it freezes after 10 min. I can alt/tab/ or hit 5he windows key to get to desktop. Mouse keyboard still work, no sound. I can open start menu but nothing will run. I can bring up task manager but nothing can be executed. Task manager freezes. I can select shutdown in start menu, programs close. Game stays frozen on desktop. No other option but hardreset. This one has me stumped, any help greatly apreciate.

Do you have the latest BIOS for the motherboard? Test one module at a time to see if both are stable at the rated specs. Are the modules installed in slots A2 B2?

yes the memmory was tested, thank you for the reply. The memmory is also in A2 and B2. Now my comp instead of freezing the game will cut completely off and has to be power cycled to be turned back on.
