Comp heating up and shutting off USB Ports.

I swear my power supply can handle my comp. But the top back of my comp is heating up and the usb ports.

Hard to say , it can be several issues , but the supplies tend to be poor quality.

Hot air rises. Insufficient air flow would be my guess. Pull the sides off the case and see if it cools down. CPU fan may not be running or the heatsink may not be seated correctly. Case fans may not be running or incorrectly configured for push/pull air flow or have clogged filters.

If the PSU is mounted in the top of the case I would also suspect a faulty PSU and/or PSU fan(s).

i am letting it air out as we speak. Im not that good with computers. Is the PSU fan supposed to be facing down? It is located in the bottom back of my pc.

Yeah, taking off the case's side screen really started to cool down the computer.

Oh and btw, i forgot to mention this. Me and another person got the same exact computer in my house and we are having the same problems.
