Compability between 2 different dual memory

Hi, my question is pretty straight forward: I have 2x4gb 1866mhz dual Kingston memories and want to buy another 2x4gb set, am I forced to buy the same or can I go for different memories and speeds? For example, could I buy a dual Corsair 1600mhz set? Will Kingston be forced to run at 1600mhz too if I do that or they will go for different speeds?

Cpu: FX-8350
Motherboard: AsRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 (4 memory slots)

All of your memory has to run at the same speed, timings and voltage. I recommend the exact same memory if possible.

Any time you mix DRAM it can be problematic, even another set of the same exact model.
