i am building a pc.the specifications are
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 960 GV-N960OC-4GD 4GB128-Bit GDDR5 Graphic Card
AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W 6-Core Desktop Processor
4GB DDR3 RAM HYNIX ORIGINAL BRAND NEW SEALED PACK 3 YEARS WARRENTY (16 chip) [2]
Asus M5A78L-M LX3 AMD 760G Chipset Desktop AMD Motherboard
Enter E-500A Computer Power Supply 500W
I have doubts whether the motherboard and smps are compatible or not.
note-enter is a local company in india and its cheap so i decided to buy it .please tell me is this compatible or not and also cas this spec run games at 1080p?

Solution
1) GTX 960 has a 128-bit bus thus it cannot properly utilize more than 2GB of VRAM so buying the 4GB version is a waste of money.
2) Get 8GB of RAM instead of 4GB - will help out in games a LOT.
2) Make sure the PSU has the 6-pin connector for the card. Also, make sure it's not chinese crap

Good luck :)

Solution

i bought two 4gb ram as my friend said it is more useful than 1 8gb ram. also the psu i mentioned didnt have 6pin connector so i thought of maybe buying this- Corsair VS Series VS450 - 450 Watt SMPS. will 450w be enough.also what do u think of the motherboard as i have doubts about it?

ohk thanks but can you tell me 450w will be enough or i should go for more...also if the motherboard i mentioned can support the amd fx 6300
thanks
